Tucked away in the tranquil Surat Bay, Catlins Newhaven Holiday Park provided the perfect escape. Our cabin, with its fully equipped kitchenette and sea views, was a cozy retreat. We enjoyed private beach access, where we marveled at the native wildlife, including Hooker sea lions and sea birds. The hosts' exceptional hospitality shone through when we faced a car breakdown, offering us assistance without hesitation. The property's commitment to guest privacy and safety made our stay even more enjoyable. With access to stunning waterfalls and a short drive to various outdoor activities, this eco-friendly park truly encapsulated the beauty of the Catlins region, making it an idyllic spot for a sustainable and memorable holiday.
